Did you know that by living a holistic lifestyle you can improve your self attraction power and attract great people into your life? Do you want to look smarter and younger than your age everyday of your life? Did you know that every man’s look is a product of his lifestyle? By living a holistic lifestyle you will look smarter and younger than your age. You will improve your look and become irresistibly attractive to the opposite sex. The stress of today’s world environment has serious damaging effects on our physical and psychological make ups which in turn affects the way we relate with other people around us including ladies of our dreams. The world is more stressful and sedentary than it was 10 or 20 years ago.
The more stressful and sedentary, life has become, the more problems mankind is having. Today we hear about so many diseases that were not known to man before now. Most of these diseases are all direct result of lifestyles we keep i.e. what we eat, drink and do everyday of our lives. The kind of work we do today, how we relax and how we take care of our body systems among others all have their impacts on our health and social life. Today smart drugs manufacturing companies are smiling to their banks. Herbal companies have also joined the bandwagon. They have also seen the great business potentials therein and all sort of herbal products are already in the market. Those companies will always have people to patronize them as long as you and I continue to live a carefree lifestyle.
But if more and more people as I have done make a decision to live an holistic lifestyle then there will be less market opportunities for these companies to exploit. Your look will be greatly improved. Did I hear you say what is holistic living is? Simple, holistic living is a way of life that will boost the body’s immunity to protect itself from both opportunistic and terminal diseases common in today’s world. It is all about doing everything in a moderate way. It is all about having adequate combinations of physical, mental, spiritual and sound aura around you. Folks you can improve your self attraction and become a great social personality by living a holistic lifestyle through the following.
 1. High physical energy. Having sound physical energy is a function of so many factors such as (a) eating well and right. It is all about eating balanced diet and not junks most of us eat all the time you want to eat. Most people because of their work or business schedules, eat fast food products and all these junks only compounds the activities of the digestive system making it difficult for the body to make use of most of their food intakes and when the body cells failed to receive adequate nutrients they need to rebuild and repair the body system, the body becomes weakened thus compromised the body immunity against diseases this makes their bodies susceptible to opportunistic diseases.
Eating too much of junk food can also trigger off serious health problems like diabetes, cancer, heart diseases etc. (b) Cultivate the habit of drinking more water everyday. Water is said to be 80% of the body mass and taking adequate water everyday will make your body function properly and help it flush out waste products that may be retained in the body if there is not enough water intake or supply to the body. Adequate water intake thus helps the body to function well by flushing out unwanted materials out of the body and helps protect it from diseases (c) Eat fruits everyday. Eating fruits everyday boosts the body immunity and helps protect the body from opportunistic diseases because fruit supplies the body with necessary nutrients, most especially vitamins that normally get damaged in cooked foods a result of repeated heating of cooked foods.
Fruits are living food substances because they are not cooked and most of the nutrients in them are fresh. They help the body a lot in terms of repairing and rebuilding the body cells particularly the white blood cells. (d)  Reduce stress level in your body. Too much stress has serious damaging effects on the body if it is not properly managed (See our article on stress management). Stress reduces the efficiency of the body when it becomes too high and this can easily lead to the collapse of the body system. It can bring about and serious debilitating ailments such as stroke, ulcer, and arthritis among others. To be healthy and have adequate physical energy in you all the time, you need to cut down stress level in your body.
This you can do by planning ahead to avoid unnecessary deadlines stress and think in a positive way all the time. (e) Get adequate rest. Anytime you feel that you are stressed up or under tension, get adequate rest and stay away from the stressful elements for sometime to regain your body’s equilibrium. Lack of equilibrium in the body system can bring serious health problems on your body and reduce the physical energy level in it. (f) Do regular exercise. This is another way you can maintain the physical energy level in your body and maintain a healthy life. Exercise helps the body get adequate oxygen to the red blood cells and flush out body waste through sweating. It re-energizes dead and weak cells in the body. All these help the body to maintain it is natural posture and freshness. Putting into practice all the tips above will give you adequate physical energy to make your body system work properly and become healthy.
2. Healthy mental energy. For you to live an healthy life your emotion matters a lot. To be healthy you need sound mental energy. Poor mental energy result in stress and this affects the general wellbeing of the body. For a sound mental health you need (a) Right mental attitude. You have to be positive and optimistic of life all the time. You must exhibit happiness and joy all the time even if you are not. To achieve this you have to purge yourself of all negative thoughts and feelings. You have to be lively and forward looking in your attitude. (b) Be creative in thinking rather being pessimistic or destructive. Studies have shown that happy people are always creative in thinking, they are more interested in finding solution to their problems rather than concentrating their minds on their problems.
 Being creative helps you maintain the right mental attitude. (c) Be a happy person all the time, even if you are not, after all there is no solution in being dejected and downcast, it will only compounds your problem. People that are happy are creative and easily found solutions to whatever problem they have. (d) Exercise the body regularly. Exercise helps the body in many other ways apart from keeping it fit and smart. Exercise refreshes the mind and makes it more alert and concentrate easily on the subject at hand. There are so many exercise sessions you can do. For instance, you can stroll instead of taking a taxi, ride on a bus or motorbike to short distance places. (e) Be full of hopes and expectations. A mind that is full of hopes and expectations is a healthy mind as it is forward looking and dreams driven. (f) Have a goal always to pursue. A mind that has one or two positive goal in focus does not have the time for unhealthy thinking which reduces its mental energy.
3. High spiritual energy. Among the three energies that make up a holistic living is spiritual energy is the most powerful of the three but it is power is a function of the states of the other two energies mentioned above. To be spiritually powerful, every man and woman needs to have, (a) Absolute faith in his/her creator’s ability to protect and provide for his/her needs all the time. When there is this condition in the body, the mind’s spiritual energy rises and lifts it to greater heights. Absolute faith however, can only come through the right thinking pattern of the conscious mind i.e. mental energy. (b) Associate with the right set of people. Your sound spiritual energy also increases if you associate with the right set of people i.e. people who think well and right, people that shares your optimism and ambition. If you associate with wrong set of people they will only pollute your mind and discourage you most of the time, because you are not spiritually compatible with them.
If you are a serious and religious person but fond of associating with atheists, there will always be disequilibrium in your mind and this will always reduce your mental energy as well as your spiritual energy. Associating therefore, with your mind types will help you a lot in your quest to maintain a sound spiritual energy. A religious person that is always associating with other people of his religious group will have so much to share and benefit from them. This will help him maintain sound spiritual energy. (c) Use your mind creatively. By consistently programming the mind through creativity you build up your spiritual energy. The more positive thought programming you do, the more creative and inquisitive your mind becomes, and the more connected spiritually you are. Using the mind creatively to find solution to a problem makes it wake up and always at alert to find solution to any problem facing the body system and this helps it to increase its spiritual energy.
