Before I stumbled on this great secret of life, I used to experience frequent cases of malaria infections but since the day I came across the idea of boosting the body immunity to stay healthy and put it to practice in my life, I have had few cases of malaria infections and other diseases. Seeing the usefulness of the method to human health, I have also taught many people around me about this natural way of staying healthy and their own experiences have been positive too. 1. Eat the right food and drinks. When I say right food, I mean balanced diet not junks. Modern way of life has taught everyone one of us to skip balanced diet and go for junks that will take less of our time, forgetting that the junk food that we take, do more harm than good to our body systems. By taking the time to eat balanced diet you are giving the body right combination of nutrients it needs to function properly. That means, the cells in the body saddled with the job of producing white blood cells that defend the body will have all the necessary nutrients it needs to produce them thus giving the body system enough guards and soldiers to defend the body when foreign bodies (germs) found their ways into the body.
2. Adequate rest is a must. The body needs time to refresh and renew itself, this will only happens when the body has less to do physically and mentally. When I say adequate rest, I mean total withdraw from physical and mental activities. We are talking about complete relaxation that allows you to keep your body out of physical and mental works. When you rest adequately enough, the body will have enough time to repair damaged cells and tissues in the body at the same time strengthens the body immunity.
3. Think right. Perhaps this is the most important of all the tips on body immunity booster. When your thinking is positive and healthy, you have little to worry about. If a man thinks right, he has little or nothing bogging his mind, he sleeps well and has good appetite for food. This gives the body the ability to regenerate every night when it falls into deep sleep, this will also give the white blood cells the ability to perform its duty of policing the body system adequately.
4. Exercise regularly. Doing exercise regularly helps the blood cells to take in adequate oxygen and supply all the cells, tissues and organs in the body enough oxygen they need to function properly. This also allows the body to eliminate body waste products through sweating. Some of these waste products, if they stay too much in the body can impede proper functioning of the body cells, tissues and organs, particularly the white body cells that defend the body against infections and diseases.
5. Take a lot of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetable boost body immunity functions by supplying the body with vitamin c and other nutrients, which the body needs for cells and tissues repairs and proper functioning of the white blood cells.
